Amal Clooney

 Amal Clooney, a lawyer and activist who is based in London, has an estimated net worth of more than $50 million. Amal Clooney is well-known for her role as the wife to actor George Clooney. She was previously employed by the United Nations and the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office. In the year 2020, she resigned from the post. She is currently employed as a Doughty Street Chambers barrister. She is an expert in international law as well as human rights.Amal Alamuddin was born the 3rd February of 1978 in Beirut, Lebanon. Amal (whose name translates to "hope" in Arabic) was able to move to England with her family when she was just two years old, settling in Buckinghamshire. Her family fled Lebanon during the Lebanese Civil War. However her father returned to Lebanon after the year 1991. Amal was raised with three siblings and was a part of an all-girls' grammar school in her early years as when she was a child.After finishing the secondary school, Amal attended St. Hugh's College in Oxford. She received a BA degree in Jurisprudence in 2000 after being awarded numerous times for academic excellence. In 2001, she pursued her postsecondary studies at New York University School of Law in preparation for her LLM degree. While learning in New York, she worked under judge Sonia Sotomayor.
